BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Jennifer Gander is a Danville native and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. Dr. Gander received her MSPH (Master of Science in Public Health) in Epidemiology from University of South Carolina. Dr. Gander received her PhD in Epidemiology from University of South Carolina, with a postdoctoral fellowship with Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She comes to Centre from Kaiser Permanente where she served as an Investigator, Epidemiologist, and Associate Faculty.
Dr. Gander has been engaged with community-focused projects since 2008. Jenn has worked in communities across the southeast and U.S. and is excited to be back in Kentucky to focus her efforts in the community that raised her. Jenn and her husband have three kids, live in Danville, and spend most of their free time outside playing in the dirt.
